The operating system hard drive of the primary server has died. Recovery of data from it as well as rebuilding of the system is now in progress.
Hoping to be active again by Saturday.
Update Sept 17, 2011: Due to time constraints, the rebuild of the system has been postponed until today. I don't expect to be able to finish the rebuild until this afternoon or tomorrow at the earliest.
